GREAT! I love my machine to bits. When my back is sore i go on the machine, get some more housework done then repeat. It has also helped to work down my very large 'apple' ( i'm diabetic & large) i am terrified it will pack up on me with overuse. Very soothing & easy to sleep when using as my hubbie has found out.
If on it too much like myself i feel the only problem is supporting the calf muscles high up, or the middle of the leg aches.
Now need a machine for top middle and bottom........MAGIC!

I love this machine, I use it twice a day. In the morning I don't 'snooze' the alarm clock anymore, I use the Chi machine to help me wake up, after 15 minutes I'm awake and ready to face the day. In the evening I spend 15-20 minutes on the machine (just because I like it!). Since using the machine my period pains have diminshed signifigantly.

An amazing machine and one of the best and most recent buys I have made. After use I find it makes me feel both refreshed and relaxed. I also suffer from migraines and have found the Chi machine to be of great benefit in reducing this pain.

Saw my review from years ago. Still loving my chi machine and so do my dogs. We have our afternoon nap on it, they seem to love the gentle movement which makes go to sleep! STILL GREAT!!!
